Located Approx. 1 mile Southeast of the Narrows Bridge. Due to shallow water entrance to yacht basin is restricted until there is a +4 foot tide. A water depth marker is located on the port side of the breakwater, which will be on your starboard side as you enter the mouth of the basin. Keep the 3 green day markers to your port. Follow the path along the private docks located on the starboard side until you are approx. at a 45 degree angle to YC dock. The area designated by red paint along the dock indicates the shallow water dept. Please beware of this, prior to mooring overnight. Upon arrival, please contact the caretaker to register or if he is absent there are registration certificates in a box outside his residence. Gate access cards are available. Please contact the caretaker to obtain one. ($10 Deposit) 120 feet of reciprocal dock space available with sufficient potable water, enough to rinse off your boat.

The club has 60 feet of reciprocal dock space for visiting yacht clubs and rafting is allowed. It is located at the south end of the dock on the west side. There is a 3 dollar fee for overnight moorage and electricity is free. Moorage is limited to 72 hours per visit.
The club is located on the Burke Gilman Trail which is a level trail for bike riding or walking that takes you to the Hiram M. Chitteden Locks (Ballard Locks) to the west and Lake Sammamish to the east. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the club. To the east are Ivar's Salmon House (0.4 mile),Voulas Offshore Cafe (0.6 mile) and Northlake Tavern and Pizza House (0.6 mile). To the west is the Varsity Inn Restaurant (0.4 mile), Fremont Dock Restaurant (0.7) and the historic Fremont District (1 mile) with many unique shops and small restaurants.

If you wish to leave the basin area for shopping, dining etc, a gate key is available in the lock box affixed on the lower rear entrance door to the clubhouse. The combination for the lock is "777". Please return the key to the box when you come back through the gate so that it will be available for the other guests. The gate key also fits the door for the laundry, showers and restrooms at the Parkshore Marina. There is a time restriction on your visit (up to one week) unless other boaters are waiting for reciprocal moorage. 30amp Power is available.
