General Rules and Regulations are available
under the Administration tab of this website,the navigation links on
the left side of any page, and in the back of the Directory. You may
also obtain a copy of them at the office.
You
should have received a copy of the Protective Covenants when you
purchased your sub-lease. If you did not contact your real estate
agent. Covenants can also be viewed by clicking on the Covenants link
on the left-hand side of this page. |

You can obtain information on community
activities, events and other items of general interest in a number of
places. These include - the front gate reader boards, the Shelter Bay
Newsletter, this website, the Yacht Club newsletter and at the office. |

Upper Pool:
This pool is for adults only - 21 years and over.
Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Lower Pool:
While school is in session (last day June 12):
Mondays through Thursday 3:30 to 6:30
Fridays 3:30 until 8:00 pm
Saturdays 10:00 to 8:00 pm
Summer hours will be 10:00am to 8:00pm daily
Pool Rules
In
addition to the rules and regulations posted at both pools, the
following will help clarify some of the rules: - Children under 10 must
be accompanied by an adult or other responsible person over 18 years.
The adult must be inside the pool fence and be in direct supervision of
their child. Babies must have clean diapers, plastic pants and bathing
suit. |

Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. No alcohol,
strollers or dogs are allowed on the golf course. |

In addition to the other recreational
facilities
Shelter Bay has four parks, three picnic areas, a childrens playground
and a community beach. They are located at the end of Chinook Pl.,
around the clubhouse, at the end of Siletz Pl. and Martha's Beach.
These areas are available for the use of all Shelter Bay residents at
no charge.
Picnic areas may be reserved for large groups on a first come first
served basis by contacting the office. |

Shelter Bay Marina has berths for lease plus a launch ramp for lot
owners' trailerable boats.
For general information regarding the marina, call the Shelter Bay
Office at 466-3805. |

There is a fully fenced yard that provides secure storage for trailers,
boats, etc.
For information on rental of space in this lot contact the community
office. |

Soliciting: Door-to-door solicitation is
not permitted in Shelter Bay with the exception of United Way, which
has board approval.
Absences: If you are away from Shelter Bay for any length of time, it is
suggested that you give your telephone number and an address to the
community office where you can be reached in case of emergency.
Library: A community library of donated
reading materials for the use of Shelter Bay residents is located in
the Annex.
Notary Public: We currently do not have
a notary public in the office. |
