Book Club

The Shelter Bay Book Club meets from September through June on the first Monday of each month. (For September only, it meets on the second Monday.) Meetings are held in individual homes of club members at 1:30 p.m. and usually start with a general introduction of ourselves to and welcoming of new people.

We choose a schedule of books for recommended reading at the beginning of each year, and book discussions are facilitated by a leader at each meeting. Following the meeting, the group adjourns for tea, coffee, cookies and more conversation. We have salad luncheons in December and June.
